Dr. Moten entered practice in 1987 in the field of Family
Practice. From 1997 to 2006 he was the Medical Director
for Akron General Medical Center, CorpCare. He resigned
to open OccMed Source in Kent, Ohio in January 2006.
He has vast experience with the needs of national
employers and serves as the national Medical Advisor for
The J.M. Smucker Company and assists with the
application of state specific workers compensation
systems and the application of the LTD, STD, and
Retirement Plans. His specialty is reduction in workers
compensation costs by placing onsite medical staff and
policies to drive down claim costs.
Marlaine Zitkewicz entered the Medical Field in 1992 as a
Certified Medical Assistant. From 1994 to 2006 she
worked with a local Occupational Health Clinic performing
various roles from Clinical Staff to Practice Manager She
joined OccMed Source at its inception in 2006 as the
Practice Administrator and is responsible for all areas of
the office. She works closely with the BWC, MCO’s, and
Employers and injured workers in facilitating physicals,
drug screens and work related injuries along with patient
care. Marlaine is certified in Urine & Hair Drug Screens,
Breath Alcohol testing, Spirometery, Audiometery and
Respiratory Protection & Fit Testing with BWC - Safety
and Hygiene.
